Kids can learn how a botanist works as they use tools to dissect flowers and explore how flowers benefit the world. They'll also make a tiny bouquet and plant a flower to take home at this workshop sponsored by the Missouri Botanical Garden.
Free. For ages 5-11. Registration is required.
Flower Scientist will be held at the following branches of the St. Louis County Library:
August 10 at 6:30 p.m. at the Jamestown Bluffs Branch
August 16 at 4:30 p.m. at Headquarters Branch
August 23 at 2 p.m. at the Natural Bridge Branch
August 31 at 6:30 p.m. at the Grant's View Branch
September 16 at 2 p.m. at the Weber Road Branch
September 19 at 4:30 p.m. at the Eureka Hills Branch
